Here's a bird's eye view of a concept I've prepared for a town center infill project. The study proposes a series of improved public gathering spaces, and is centered on the conversion of an auto-dominated strip into a multiway boulevard in order to create a pleasant pedestrian-oriented environment. Infill of surface parking lots enables new opportunities for investment.
