Patio Renovation

 The illustrative plan above was prepared for a recent patio renovation project.  The addition of a new sun room onto an existing home prompted a complete overhaul of the existing patio.  The new design creates a warm and inviting outdoor space while also ensuring privacy.  The design also preserves and embraces an existing Honeysuckle tree, and remediates drainage issues threatening the house's foundation. 

 Construction phase initiated in October 2011.

BG Town Center

Here's a bird's eye view of a concept I've prepared for a town center infill project. The study proposes a series of improved public gathering spaces, and is centered on the conversion of an auto-dominated strip into a multiway boulevard in order to create a pleasant pedestrian-oriented environment. Infill of surface parking lots enables new opportunities for investment.
